Ms. Curtis has over 40 years of experience in financial management, which includes general accounting, tax preparation, financial audits, investigative fraud audits, and audits for compliance with federal regulations. She is experienced designing accounting and management information systems for federal agencies, commercial and non-profit organizations incorporating compliance requirements related to government contracts, grants, awards, and agreements. In addition, she has assisted commercial and non-profit organizations in preparing indirect cost rate submissions for DCAA and other Agencies. She has done pre-audit surveys and established procedures to correct any areas of weakness. Ms. Curtis has developed plans of action for various clients for pre-award, award, and post-award periods. Ms. Curtis’s professional certifications include Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) and Charter Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
As the CFO of Digital Infuzion, Ms. Curtis is responsible for managing the financial decisions of the company. Her responsibilities include: executing the Company’s financial strategy; developing plans for growth to increase company profit; assisting the CEO in developing financial plans, and; managing accounting system controls, standards and establishing procedures.
