Jennifer Fairfax

Jennifer Fairfax possesses over 20 years of leadership experience driving organizational success through innovative HR strategy and facilitating the transformational development and scale of human resources functions within federal government contractor and global commercial organizations.

Ms. Fairfax’s 17-year tenure as head of human resources and ultimately, Chief Human Resources Officer at Emmes, a global CRO, cultivated her appreciation for the importance of clinical research and health-focused organizations to advances in human health. While at Emmes, Ms. Fairfax successfully led transformative initiatives that enhanced employee engagement, streamlined HR operations, and aligned people strategies with long-term organizational objectives.

As an active member of the community, Ms. Fairfax served on the Board of Directors for Montgomery County Workforce Development, Rockville Economic Development, Inc., Leadership Montgomery, and Girls on the Run in Montgomery County, Maryland. Ms. Fairfax holds an Executive MBA from the University of Maryland College Park, Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Master’s in Human Resources & Personnel Management from American University.
