The Global AIDS Pandemic Response At DIFZ (GAPRAD) is a company-wide initiative that supports organizations that are keeping the promise to fight HIV/AIDS. NAPWA is the oldest national AIDS organization in the United States and the oldest national network of people living with HIV/AIDS in the world. It is a non-profit organization that is committed to developing meaningful involvement and leadership among people living with HIV/AIDS through regional training opportunities and unique national conferences.

Digital Infuzion and CTIS successfully delivered the DAIDS Enterprise System (DAIDS-ES) v1.1 to the Division of AIDS. The DAIDS-ES enables DAIDS researchers with the ability to manage and analyze scientific, administrative, and regulatory data. The new version includes features that enable the Division of AIDS to electronically report expedited adverse events (EAEs) and to ensure the safety of its clinical trials and its participants.

Digital Infuzion has been awarded Phases II and III of a project for the Institutional Review Board (IRB) Office for the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS). For Phase I of the project, Digital Infuzion is performing a Gap Analysis that will analyze the IRB’s current environment, identify areas for improvement, and help define a process that will provide operational efficiency. Phases II and III involve developing system requirements and planning for the implementation of a new system.

Digital Infuzion’s XFManager™ demonstrated at the HIMSS07 IHE Interoperability Showcase. Digital Infuzion participated in the IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) Interoperability Showcase demo at HIMSS07.
Our XFManager–a web-based tool to convert eCRFs from CDISC ODM representation to XForms and store the forms in a central location for secure management, access, retrieval, and exchange–supported the secured health information exchange to connect clinical research and clinical care. This year's theme – Leveraging Standards across the HIT Continuum – included a first-of-its-kind demonstration prototyping the bridging of healthcare data to research and surveillance. Using the IHE Retrieve Form for Data Capture (RFD) the demonstration proved that clinical data can be transferred seamlessly between care providers EHR systems and systems used for clinical research, disease registries, safety surveillance and disease surveillance.
