N of 1 Platform Supports Four Additional Languages for FOP Connection Registry

The FOP Connection Registry is one of the several patient registries implemented using Digital Infuzion’s N of 1 Health Research Platform.
Digital Infuzion initially launched the English version of the FOP Connection Registry in July 2015 and has now released an update for the registry to support four additional languages - German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.

Disease registries are a critical resource for rare disease researchers but enrolling patients is a huge challenge. A large number of clinical registries remain under-enrolled.

Until now, the FOP Registry has only been available only in English but already, nearly 25% of the known FOP patient population (203 patients) have been registered! Introduction of these new languages will enable more patients world-wide to directly contribute to FOP research.
